I'm Tom Meyers, a.k.a. Fitfull – an osteopath specialising in stress-related health conditions, with a private practice in Brussels (Belgium). I’m also a teacher, instructor, Fitfull Futures Explorer, and the author of Futurize Yourself and The Futures Effect. My ideas and insights come to life not only through my writing and presentations, but also through my lyrics, offering guidance to help you navigate and cope with an increasingly fast-changing and challenging world.
